3. Customer Responsibilities
- Vehicle Condition: The customer must ensure that the vehicle is in good condition, capable of being transported. Any non-running vehicles must be disclosed during booking.
- Personal Belongings: We recommend that customers remove all personal items from the vehicle before transport. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
- Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Full payment is required before delivery of the vehicle.
4. Pricing and Payment
The price for vehicle transport is based on factors such as vehicle type, distance, and the method of transport (open or enclosed). Additional fees may apply for non-standard vehicles or special requests. The final quote will be provided before booking, and payment is due before transport begins.
5. Insurance and Liability
New Verma Car Transport provides insurance coverage for your vehicle during transport. This covers damage during the transit process. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, such as scratches, dents, or internal damage to the vehicle.
6. Delivery Timeframes
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors such as weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes to the expected delivery date.
7. Cancellations and Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your transport request, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver your vehicle due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or accidents.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the total amount paid for the service, excluding any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
